Article 13 - Right of Withdrawal

A consumer may cancel an online purchase within a period of 30 days without giving any reason, provided that:

  • The product has not been used.
  • The product is not perishable, such as food or flowers.
  • The product is not made or adapted specifically for the consumer.
  • The product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, etc.).
  • The seal is still intact if it concerns data carriers with digital content (e.g., DVDs, CDs, etc.).
  • The product or service does not involve accommodation, travel, restaurant services, transportation, catering, or leisure activities.
  • The product is not a single issue magazine or newspaper.
  • The consumer has not waived their right of withdrawal.

The 30-day period mentioned in paragraph 1 begins:

  • The day after the consumer receives the last product or part of one order.
  • As soon as the consumer confirms that they will be taking digital content online.

The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting Fashion.britboho@gmail.com, if desired using the website's contactform from the Brit & Boho website (britboho.com).

The consumer is obligated to return the product within 30 days after notifying Brit & Boho of their withdrawal, otherwise their right of withdrawal will expire.

Article 15 - Refund of Delivery Costs

If the consumer has timely exercised their right of withdrawal and has consequently returned the entire order to Brit & Boho within the specified time, Brit & Boho will refund any delivery costs (also called shipping fee by ordering and not the cost of return) paid by the consumer within 30 days after receiving the complete and timely returned order. Delivery costs are only borne by Brit & Boho to the extent that the entire order is returned.

Article 16 - Refund of Return Costs

If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal and returns the entire order within the specified time, the return costs for the entire order are to be borne by the consumer.

 

SO BE AWARE: THE RETURN COST ARE FOR THE CUSTOMER. BRIT & BOHO isn’t countable for return to wrong address or any cost Borne by the return of the parcel. Please contact us through our mail (fashion.britboho@gmail.com) or through the contact page on our site. (The goods must send back where we send it from, because of switching location please ask for the country we ship it from to avoide unexpected high return cost)
